Join A Revolutionary Team of Educators!

Inspire. Equip. Uplift the Next Generation.

Children of Excellence (COE) is a virtual Bible-based learning space where students build real-world skills in STEM, reading, wellness, and critical thinking—all grounded in faith and culture.

We’re looking for passionate, reliable, and creative educators to help us teach and mentor our students in live online classes and in-person events.

Roles We’re Recruiting For:

  • STEM Instructors (hands-on experiments, coding, engineering, etc.)

  • Reading/Writing Teachers

  • Wellness/Health Instructors

  • Bible & History Teachers

  • Affiliate Positions also!

What We Look For:

  • Alignment with biblical values (KJV & all Apocryphal books preferred)

  • Enthusiasm for working with children and families

  • Strong communication skills

  • Creative and hands-on teaching style

  • Experience with homeschooling, youth programs, or education (formal or informal)

  • Experience teaching in a virtual environment is a plus!

We welcome applicants who have experience working with Black, Hispanic, and other historically underserved communities. Our learning environment values representation, equity, and the ability to meet students where they are—culturally, academically, and socially.

What You Should Know:

  • These are flexible volunteer roles—some may be short-term, part-time, or seasonal. Volunteer positions are unpaid. Paid positions will begin as funds allow.

  • All positions are contingent on enrollment. We are growing and fundraising, so paid positions will begin as funds allow.

  • Background checks are required before working with children.

Child Safety & Compliance

At InnovatEd Learning, the safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. As a faith-based educational program, we are committed to creating a secure and uplifting environment for every child.

We comply with all applicable child protection, background check, and mandatory reporting requirements as outlined by state and federal guidelines for organizations working with minors.

This means:

  • All instructors and staff must pass a background check before working directly with children.

  • We require written consent and identification verification before any adult joins live student sessions.

  • Staff and volunteers are required to report any suspicion of abuse or neglect, in accordance with mandated reporter laws.

  • We uphold policies that limit one-on-one adult-child interactions, whether in-person or virtual.
